Personal experience and knowledge

Personal experience and knowledge

"I found it refreshing to find an approach that favours nurture and respect because when everything is chaotic everyone suggests we come down harder and harder, but it makes everything worse! We are losing ourselves and this course made me believe we can find our ways back."

"The personal experience and in-depth knowledge of the facilitator is the big plus of this introduction module. This a great opportunity for anyone who is wondering if NVC is for them before getting onto a full course."

Become calmer as a family

Become calmer as a family

"This course has really helped us to be calmer as a family. I no longer dread spending time with my children! I feel confident, in control -and I feel a better parent for it as the ways in which I am responding are more nurturing, caring and ultimately more effective"
